Questions
Can I lay the plan out like my actual yard?
Yes. Group containers into areas and rows that match your yard, and drag them to rearrange. Each one is coloured by status: occupied, vacant, reserved or in arrears.
I also have indoor units, lockers or a workshop. Can UnitHub handle those?
Yes. Indoor units, lockers, parking and any workshops, offices or flats you let on the same site go on the same plan, so there's no second system to keep up to date.
Do I need to install anything?
No. UnitHub runs in a web browser, so there's nothing to install and no hardware to buy. Your data is stored securely in London.
Can UnitHub collect rent automatically?
Not yet. Today you record rent as it comes in, by cash, bank transfer, standing order or Direct Debit, and see straight away who hasn't paid. Automatic card and Direct Debit collection is in development.
How much does it cost for a small yard?
Starter is £65 a month for up to 50 units and 3 users, with no VAT to add. Every plan starts with a 2-month free trial, and no card is needed.
How do I move my containers over from a spreadsheet?
Send us your spreadsheet and we'll import your containers, tenants and rents for free, and check it with you before you go live. You can also import it yourself from Excel or CSV.
