Where is my data stored?
In London. UnitHub keeps your data and documents in the UK, protected under UK GDPR, and every login needs a code from an authenticator app.
Is VAT added to the price?
No. The price shown is the full price you pay each month.
Is UnitHub suitable for a single small site?
Yes. It's made for independent operators. Starter is £65 a month for up to 50 units and 3 users, and the 2-month free trial needs no card.
Can tenants pay by Direct Debit?
You can record payments made by Direct Debit, standing order, bank transfer or cash today, and see who's behind. Automatic collection through GoCardless, Stripe or London & Zurich is in development.
Can customers sign their storage agreement online?
Yes. E-signature is built in. Send the agreement filled in from the tenant and unit, the customer signs on their phone, and the signed PDF is saved to the unit and emailed to both sides.
Can I bring my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. We'll import your units, tenants and rents for free and check it with you before you go live. You can export everything to Excel at any time.
